Challenge
During the early months of the pandemic, the state of emergency forced Urban Edge Properties to close down it’s premier shopping center, Bergen Town Center in Paramus, NJ. This closure had a harsh economic impact on the retailers and Bergen Town had to reinvent its marketing tactics to align with this “new normal” to drive people back to the center.


Solution
We developed a marketing toolkit with signage and other resources that were customizable for both physical and digital channels to emphasize community and safety for customers. These pieces included webpage content, curbside pick-up signs, decals, a-frames, and experiential activations that property managers could easily install and replace when needed.
